Meet Our Team
Our experienced School Leadership Team (SLT) are responsible for maintaining the high educational standards for which St. Michael’s School is known. The team meets regularly to review school effectiveness and plan the strategic direction for our school, with the principal aim of enabling our students to succeed and achieve their potential. The Operational Management Team (OMT) also meets regularly, comprising the SLT and other members of the school’s middle management, to facilitate smooth day to day running of the school and embed excellent practice throughout all levels of the organisation.
