Sprint specialist Evan Jenkins won the middle boys 400m gold medal at the Welsh Schools’ Athletics Championships at Brecon on Saturday 3rd July and has been selected to represent Wales in Glasgow in the 400m and 4 X 400m relay in Glasgow on 17th July.

Jade Williams – the fastest woman in Wales –ranked no. 1 in the UK for 800m – has just finished an extremely busy summer term with ‘a crazy 3 weeks’.
