Maths is fun! Hopefully our pupils agree with us! We encourage all pupils to achieve their maximum potential by offering a wide range of interesting, stimulating and challenging mathematical experiences.
Action Maths
There are plenty of opportunities for a hands-on approach with our weekly Maths club and visits to Maths workshops.
We also take every opportunity to visit local attractions like the very enjoyable maths musical and the Egyptian Centre.
Competitions
Mathematical Challenges are supplied by our school monthly competitions (with prizes ) and we also take part in the UK Mathematical Challenges at Junior, Intermediate and Senior Levels. High scores have resulted in several pupils being invited to compete in further challenges.
